Hi Mario,

Finally got to try this out today. It appears that you are only running with a webcam? I didn't see an option for a CSI cam.

I'm only getting around 15 fps running the hai_hand_v0_10_lite model. I verified that I have PCIe Gen3 enabled in the config.

I seem to do okay running the hailo-rpi5-examples. Any suggestions as to what to check in my setup? I don't have the preassembled unit like yours but the base components are essentially the same. I'm using a RPi Camera 3 module and a Logitech C525 webcam. Maybe my webcam interface is slow.
