One day working at home was great, two was probably better (especially if they were Monday and Friday) but once this increased to three days a week it wasn&#39;t quite so good as you are missing out on much of the &#39;social activity&#39; part of working, plus people start to forget who you are and what you do. </p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Additionally, I was speaking to family over this weekend, some nearer retirement than others and they all indicated that they would rather go to an actual workplace for several days per week on a regular basis. They were perhaps not so keen on going to a work place everyday and preferred a mixture, or blend.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I suspect that as the impact of the pandemic reduces some sort of equilibrium will emerge. Mind you, as a consequence of our quite large family gathering I have now been exposed to the virus (we all tested beforehand but one person still &#39;brewed-up&#39; in the space of a few hours.
