This might, for example, reduce the instances where illogical resourcing decisions are made - a classic one being that a team of web developers are all interchangeable, irrespective of whether they use .Net or JavaScript because &amp;quot;its just front end development&amp;quot;. It needs to be taught with critical thinking skills that happens to use word and symbols. Next, as to be obsolete in the future, I have been hearing that computers will program themselves within x years (pick a number since everyone has a favorite).
