Great post.

It is always a good idea to review your work and assess your future plans and goals.

Nothing is static, you are either doing what you want or not. If not, why.

Plus you need to consider what do you want to be when you grow up? This question is always the driver. Are you satisfied in your current occupation and what would you like to do instead.

Once you decide on the basics, then you can begin planning to change how you work and what type of work you want to do.

Sometimes you get answers you do not like, at which point you might have to decide on a career change. But it is always better to face reality and begin the transition before you suddenly find yourself out of work with no prospects.

Life is tough, but those who go through the planning process are better prepared for unexpected events than those who do not.

Make it easy on yourself, review and update your plans.

Most important, look for opportunities in the chaos around you.

Salvation sometimes comes from a completely unexpected source.
