The word mining solving a problem is possible but at what cost? &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;m currently reading Brad Thor&amp;#39;s fiction novel Black Ice. It expresses concern about countries that explore for resources with little regard for environmental impact.
