If only they permitted public hanging?&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;The only realistic option is to use Independent Verification and Validation teams to verify the data through each stage of development. A new pair of eyes can usually spot these types of errors.
