&lt;p&gt;Seems to be a problem with permissions as the server returns 403&lt;/p&gt;

&lt;p&gt;I&amp;#39;ve seen this issue before when copying and pasting the screenshot and not waiting for it to fully load.&lt;br /&gt;I have a very slow ADSL connection. To prevent image upload from failing when the connection is slow I have to store the capture in a file first and then upload the file without using copy and paste.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;img src="https://community.element14.com/aggbug?PostID=23961&amp;AppID=19&amp;AppType=Weblog&amp;ContentType=0" width="1" height="1"&gt;</description></item></channel></rss>
