That&#39;s supposed to happen now but it mostly doesn&#39;t seem to.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>Plus, I&#39;m not sure about the pedestrian part. I was with someone recently who when crossing at zebra crossings, just walked out onto the crossing without waiting to see if the traffic was stopping. They just assumed it would!.
