The lab is cool, the people sound great, and the work environment is truly enviable. Congratulations on building a rare and special workplace. I am a little surprised at the range of projects, given Cisco's core business.

That office in Norway looks great ..however the camera they were developing looks so much like a Microsoft Lifecam !!

I've taken to buying SMT R's & C's along with some common things line 2n7002 fets on reels rather than using those boxes. Nice as they are, I find it much too time consuming... Then for common values (1K, 10K etc) I find myself going through them so quickly that buying small quantities, like low hundreds, at a time is pointless. I think you might go through them a lot faster than I do as well.
