Do any of these devices have memory wear/fault statistics you can pull back to check the status of your Sdcard

a bit like S.M.A.R.T ?

Looks like nice memory for what is edge cases for most of us. However if you are doing anything say Automotive even inside the Cab you could certainly start using up that Industrial temp range. Even in the UK you'll get dash temperatures of 50+ or down to -20 no problem, imagine if you were in a desert or Siberia.

Flash memory can be read out as often as one likes without wear, I think.

Flash card is not good for a server as it is made for ca 100k write cycles. Yoo would reach this in 3 months if you store a picture on SD card every minute. I think the FAT sector wears out.

HDD can be written/read as long as mechanics go.

There is new kind of memory appearing FRAM. It can be read and written practically indefinitely.
