However if you are doing anything say Automotive even inside the Cab you could certainly start using up that Industrial temp range. Yoo would reach this in 3 months if you store a picture on SD card every minute. I think the FAT sector wears out. &lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;HDD can be written/read as long as mechanics go.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;&lt;span&gt; &lt;/span&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;There is new kind of memory appearing FRAM.
