Freescale's activity monitor reference design is a highly integrated system composed of several modules. These monitors are used to interpret and summarize recorded data and to improve health and fitness performance.

This instrument is a non-invasive acquisition system incorporating a pedometer, ECG, food intake table, data storage, wireless communication, timer, and a chronometer. Biometric data can be saved and stored in the integrated Micro SD Card Reader. A touch sensing interface allows the user to have control of the device through a capacitive touch sensing film.

Explore the activity monitor reference design
