  • For me this will be dependent upon the application. Domestic and office applications will be 230V / 400V rated. Industrial applications are usually rated 415V or above. The largest air circuit breakers I have specified are were rated for 690V.

     

    You will also find that for industrial applications, many circuit breakers will have multiple ratings to different standards.
