The left one is box-shaped, and the other one has a sloped top for easier viewing on a desk. The files are downloadable (links in the main blog post).

The recess for the panels makes it look really good!

I am currently working on an enOcean 902 MHz RF link between my office (front of the house) and my backyard. Right now, link is on the edge of functional (with some positioning I can get a receive signal strength of -90 dBm out of the -98 dBm sensitivity, but even that drops from time to time), but I am considering building a relay station to get a more stable connection (I already have a second enOcean device positioned near the back of the house that I could reprogram to relay commands to the outside units). I wonder if there could be any improvements made to the 'whip antenna' that is utilized on the transceivers to optimize the signal levels? But with a whip antenna positioned with a PCB ground plane, I can image how I could insert a meter between the transceiver module and the whip antenna.

RE: Building a VK5JST Antenna Analyzer for HF, VHF and UHF

Very cool project.

RE: Building a VK5JST Antenna Analyzer for HF, VHF and UHF

Very nice!! I can definitely see me accidentally exceeding the 2W maximum limit. I wonder how well it would work with a SI5351 signal generator.
