If ya picked up an element14 MiniPOV kit at Maker Faire (designd by Limor Fried of http://adafruit.com/ with CadSoft EAGLE, http://cadsoftusa.com/), then here's the soldering instructions:

Please note: after you finish your MiniPOV and switch it on, one of the LEDs on the end will never turn on. This is because the message 'element14' is in lower case and therefore none of the characters are "tall" enough to use the top LED. In retrospect, I should have tweaked the '1' to be taller and use the top LED so as not to be ambiguous if it was working.

Please do not contact Adafruit or post in their forums about the element14 MiniPOV kit as these kits are not supported by Adafruit.
