Rather than trying to stop the natural cycle, we should be using our resources to prepare living areas where there is plenty of room to resettle people who are in threatened areas.</p><img src="https://community.element14.com/aggbug?PostID=23577&AppID=4&AppType=Weblog&ContentType=0" width="1" height="1">
