A nice post, I will be keeping an eye on this one, quads seem to expensive so this could be the way for me to get something put together! Keep up the good work.

Really neat idea with the PVC pipes for suspension!!

This is a really great project, because perhaps quadcopters could make incredible platforms for IoT technology testing. Are you also planning to use it for the In The Air challenge? I think you could, because you can strap on the sensors on-board : )

And with GPS you could get a map of pollution areas : )

I like the simplistic approach, it is nice to see a project not involving expensive parts to make it work, instead going for the home made solution, very cool. I am watching with interest as this is a project I intend to do at some point
