It doesn&amp;#39;t really sound like the sort of tractor beam from Star Trek though. Sounds like it is using heat as a method of propulsion,&amp;nbsp; either by heating the object directly or, more likely, the air surrounding the object. Problem with that is it would not work the same in the vacuum of space! Still, everything has to start at some point, I suppose.
