I followed Leonard in many different shows and he was a very good actor.

His character Spock inspired me to focus on logical decisions instead of emotions. By keeping focus, I was able to make better decisions faster than others, which is a very good asset when you are dealing with corporate politics. Logic beats opinion, especially when money is involved.

I also followed his idea about keeping knowledge on tap for instant use. Luckily I have a near photographic memory and good recall.

I really miss that capability now that my chronic pain has greatly disrupted my recall ability.

So I will miss Leonard, but I hope that new actors will become good inspirations for engineers and scientist in the future.
