I was hoping to give an outline for the software but due to th

RE: Sensor Board Layout for our Rocket

Seems like a very challenging project. The layout of a complex PCB is a challenge in and of itself. Like you mentioned it is a good idea to make small groups for each 'block' in your system. There are various optimal structures for laying out opamp amplifiers and filters, but you will need to play around a bit with less common parts like the sensors. I wouldn't count too much on getting a fully working board for your first try, but of course you can always hope [View:/resized-image/__size/16x16/__key/commentfiles/f7d226abd59f475c9d224a79e3f0ec07-d6f054e2-005a-47ea-9258-41f22f38b4b5/contentimage_5F00_1.png:16:16] If you have some space left over, you can think ahead a little bit and leave some extra space for adding capacitors or other parts. It might also be a good idea to make an oversized proof of concept board before you move on to a smaller board. Are you etching the board in house?
