looking for vector network analyzer simulator

I am looking for free vector network analyzer simulator for simulation of R-L-C circuits and for simulation of attenuation. if anyone knows any free VNA simulation software. Please let me know about it.

    "VNA Tools" is free, and very comprehensive, but using it is another matter. I think they expect people to pay for training (or you'll spend quite a while self-studying).

    There is also SimNEC (also known as SimSmith, but that's the older version). That allows you to add any L and C and see the effect on the smith chart. Perhaps you can directly add R values I've no idea, there are user guides for it and an mailer group. In any case you can indirectly do it by adding a Q value. You can add attenuation too (by inserting transmission line; maybe there are other options too, you'd need to check the user guides).
