For me, the main drawback was the lack of proper deep memory.</p><p>&nbsp;</p><p>I fear that my recent experience with the Agilent MSOX2000 series and now Tektronix MDO3000 series has spoilt me. It has definitely raised my expectations of an oscilloscope.
