&lt;p&gt;&amp;quot;VNA Tools&amp;quot; is free, and very comprehensive, but using it is another matter. I think they expect people to pay for training (or you&amp;#39;ll spend quite a while self-studying).&lt;/p&gt;
&lt;p&gt;There is also SimNEC (also known as SimSmith, but that&amp;#39;s the older version). That allows you to add any L and C and see the effect on the smith chart. Perhaps you can directly add R values I&amp;#39;ve no idea, there are user guides for it and an mailer group. In any case you can indirectly do it by adding a Q value.
