&lt;p&gt;There are multiple drivers for CH9325 in Win10. Make sure you&amp;#39;re not using using &amp;quot;libwdi&amp;quot; but a Microsoft driver and that your UT-D04 correctly appears as HID. That&amp;#39;s what fixed the issue for me.&lt;/p&gt;
