ol Dho804 Oscilloscope, but there is a problem, I connect the attached power supply to the 220 v power source and turn it on but the display stays black and no boot to the operating system, What should I do?

ahmedfotoh From the manual you posted: 
 5. USB Type-C Power Connector The power requirements of the oscilloscope are DC, 12 V, 4 A. Please use the power adaptor provided in the accessories to connect the oscilloscope to the AC power source (100 V to 240 V, 50 Hz to 60 Hz).

Andrew J 45W vs 48W, quite similar power output but 12V 3A is only 36W. Best thing to try would be a PC or known good power supply capable of the complete USB-C delivery range.
