Use the supplied communication software ,

1, Click 'Function' > 'Data Table' > 'Function' (belongs to 'Data Table' ) > select 'Data Save' > select 'XL' ;

2, Click 'Function' > 'Parameter Measurement' > select 'Parameter Save' > select 'XL' ;
