&lt;p style="margin:0;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;"&gt;GOODWILL SPECTRUM ANALYSER, 3GHZ&amp;nbsp; GSP-830&amp;nbsp; ,Farnell o/c 1563802&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:12pt;"&gt;Regarding the miss “R” and “S” both words, pls find attached the V1.39 software&amp;nbsp; to upgrade the GSP-830, and upgarade procedure as attached also.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; We expect&amp;nbsp; the issue should be solved.help to confirm us if the issue could be solved or&amp;nbsp; not after customer make the version upgrade.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;"&gt;See below up grade procedure file.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div class="" style="margin:0;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;"&gt;Q; The Aux Signal appears to be in&amp;nbsp; spec (see attached screen dump) reading 100.0039MHz @&amp;nbsp; -28.1dBm.I updated the firmware as&amp;nbsp; instructed and the ASCII problem seems to be corrected.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="" style="margin:0;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;"&gt; The preamplifier continues to&amp;nbsp; give an attenuated reading rather than adding 20dB as&amp;nbsp; intended.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="" style="margin:0;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;"&gt;A:&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;p style="margin:0;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;"&gt;There are probably problems as&amp;nbsp; below: &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;div class="" style="margin:0;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;"&gt;1.GAP-802 probably&amp;nbsp; damage.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="" style="margin:0;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;"&gt;2.Please&amp;nbsp; kindly measure the DC power supply connector to&amp;nbsp; check whether its output power of DC 9V.&lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;&lt;div class="" style="margin:0;"&gt;&lt;span style="font-size:14pt;"&gt; If&amp;nbsp; the GSP-830&amp;nbsp; DC power supply didn’t have output the DC 9V voltage, pls let me know for&amp;nbsp; fix further issue.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;/span&gt;&lt;/div&gt;
