New standards provide ever-faster Wi-Fi throughputs.

What is the fastest throughput you’ve ever personally experienced in a practical personal or enterprise use scenario (not including testing and experimentation) on Wi-Fi?

This is the throughput you actually experience, not the raw data rate and not the throughput you could have gotten if it weren't for some other bottleneck. If you never took note of throughput, take a SWAG based on how fast a webpage loaded or how long it took to move a file to/from a server. Units are in Mbits/sec.

If you skim any tech literature today, it's plastered with 5G. You can't get away from it! And, honestly, you shouldn't. It will foster a lot of creativity and evolution of products that we use every day (including the classic refrigerator),

But, wait a minute. Wi-Fi has gotten better. As Wi-FI 5 fades into the sunset (sort of) and Wi-Fi 6 becomes the standard, you will get higher data rates, increased capacity., good performance in environments with many connected devices, and improved power efficiency to make your batteries keep on going and going and going.
