Design journey in the Design for a Cause_2Aug 2018

Decided couple of things since last post.

 

a) Mr. Dixon commented  and wanted me to  change the black background. So, changed background, hope he will like.

But I cannot write in detail like he has written.

 

b)  Now disappointing news : Due to my financial limitations,  I wont be able to purchase motor and other things which could look my project as good as others.

 

But I have thought to do still go through the competition & instead withdrawing,I  will try to make my post and outcome as good as possible. So, I have decided will work in those limitations of hardware and with given "Challenger's kit" and also will do MATLAB modelling of my project.

 

1) Instead Joystick, will use 2 potentiometers

 

Rest explanation will be given later

    You can call me Dixon (Mr. not required) and next thanks for considering my suggestion and implementing it. The cardboard background now makes the circuitry in the picture more visible.

     

    There are so many great technical blog writers in this community who post awesome content. Having said this, quantity does not matter here, quality matters. Even if you post a few lines of content, if it explains what you are doing, it is a good work. So concentrate on the matter and don't worry about writing a long content.

     

    My suggestion would be to develop a working model first (MATLAB may be as you say) and then try to create a mini prototype at least which will show others how your project would be in action. If you can post the bill of materials for the hardware which you could not afford, it might be helpful in deciding a cheaper alternative. would you kindly lend a thought to this? Can the project output be a simulated model? To my best understanding, it has to be a working hardware prototype. At least, can build a mini prototype with low power motors and tiny human-like model? ( I know this is not desired but at least he will be able to complete his project and show us what he had planned).
