Board shipment Delay

In my country it usually takes 3 working days.

Don't worry, it's a normal product import process. In my country they are also very strict and it involves a lot of paperwork although some can be expedited by giving UPS a Customs clearance authorization in advance. In my country this process is done through the government tax agency.

But it is normal that it takes several days with the package pending customs clearance since they have to confirm with you the real value of the contents of the package and check with the sender about the payment of taxes.

It is something that will happen to all of us who do not reside in the United States of America.

Good only if they release free of cost.

I remember once I had to pay equal to the product  cost on context of custom duty charge for the release of product and the product was medicine. If i tell you the amount which I had to pay you will be shocked.

You don't need to pay any duty fee element 14 community already paid in prior. Since the product cost is higher it will be manually inspected by customs officials in India Bengaluru.

Wait for couple of days and keep eye on mail inbox.

Mine is just transferred to local service for further transit, it will reach by tomorrow.

I had emailed them. Hope dont have to write on paper and do paper work, as only upto 3 days it is free. 

Hope they understand and remove objection and clear and ship.

No issue, I had even talked them over phone, emailed them.

I had said this to them also over phone and I was also angry. May be after email or tomorrow (saturday) or latest by Monday 29 May2023, would be the last for free (Otherwise charges). On Monday, i will again call them on phone if necessary.

May be they remove objection or ship me free.

I will update. 

Thanks for clearing that I should not pay them if asked.

I contacted today only instead Monday.

I was said, will get informed by evening, if customs accept my answer or need more.
