Board shipment Delay

My shipment is delayed.

Shared as other might have got it and it will get delay in project.

Hope parcel will be released by govt agency soon.

2days back already, they asked my documents scanned, KYC

Hi Abhishek, The shipments from e14 are usually DDP. Which means e14 will pay the charges. The shipment will be released from customs and you won't we billed. This is very common when the kits being sent…

Unfortunately, shipping delays are common. Make sure to notify me and we will contact the shipper. Please DO NOT pay any fees. element14 pays them. If there is a time delay, we will readjust the due dates accordingly.

No issue, I had even talked them over phone, emailed them.

I had said this to them also over phone and I was also angry. May be after email or tomorrow (saturday) or latest by Monday 29 May2023, would be the last for free (Otherwise charges). On Monday, i will again call them on phone if necessary.

May be they remove objection or ship me free.

I will update.

Thanks for clearing that I should not pay them if asked.

I contacted today only instead Monday.

I was said, will get informed by evening, if customs accept my answer or need more.

Hi Abhishek,
The shipments from e14 are usually DDP. Which means e14 will pay the charges. The shipment will be released from customs and you won't we billed. This is very common when the kits being sent are sold at lower prices on international market, but in India the value is more, so the customs valuation is higher and hence, tax is higher. But you need not worry about all that. Just relax and maybe you'll get your shipment on the same day it clears the customs, atleast for Mumbai, I get it on the same day.

I had called them today in the evening, they said, no objection is raised on documents and no other query they have here to ask but its still not in clearance.

I didnot got any other email till yet.

Finally got, today on 30 May2023, between 11:27 am - 11:40 am, IST, after 4-5 days from customs.
