I voted other. My suggestion is: 'Oscillo-ception' - Use your scope or other test equipment with a display for something completely different. - W.

This poll definitely has some good options! Several are of interest and I hope to see them possibly pop back in the future. May is always a good month for Entertainment Props with May the 4th. :-) Makes…

    14rhb- Not sure I agree...

Maybe teach others is not the right statement. If you don't share your ideas with others and educate them on the benefits of your ideas, then no one will know about your idea but you. In order for an idea to perpetuate through a population, it has to be spread, discussed, written down, and shared.

I think that the category should be "Visual Education Tools"

I like that theme for a future Project14, it could be interpreted into many great projects image.

If we don't learn to teach others, our ideas will fade and die.

Not sure I agree with that statement, perhaps you can persuade me?

Besides, the best way to learn something well is to teach it to someone else!

Yes I totally agree here. I read somewhere that if you can't explain a subject to a 6-year old, such that they understand it, then you don't understand that subject either.

Or... what if you make yourself some test equipment for the Project14 but also build a backdoor into it image

The fields of application are endless and almost any project can be extended to teach what it offers and why.

Well, you can always vote for something else...

    or

you can get to work and declare your RPi a test equipment and do something new with it. *pirate_flag*

    or

head over to https://www.element14.com/community/groups/roadtest a try to score something with a display.

This poll definitely has some good options!  Several are of interest and I hope to see them possibly pop back in the future.  May is always a good month for Entertainment Props with May the 4th.  :-)  Makes me think of all the Mandalorian armor/Cosplay posts I have seen online lately, and of course R2D2 builds are always sweet!

What a dilemma - choosing between the theme I proposed and another theme I also like (and that's also got a close contender !). If these carry on through 2021 it will be a good year of Project 14 IMO

[Edited as I realised I had written gibberish]
