The Ultimate Challenge!
I received word that the review of the 803-960 MHz review has been delayed by considerations regarding Public Safety Mobile Broadband (PSMB) provisions. As there is no completion date set for these considerations the ACMA has decided to advance parts of the 803-960 MHz review which do not directly rely on decisions regarding PSMB. The ACMA hopes to release a further discussion paper in the review in the first quarter of 2015 which will involve some decisions on low power devices.
This is positive news but the decisions are made after the Challenge end date.
The 868 MHz frequency is currently used for Land Mobile Trunking (3G) and have not received clarification whether I can use an RF shielded environment.
I also chewed up 5GB of my limited Internet bandwidth when trying to install the OpenHAB Development IDE. A whole 3 GB Vagrant image was downloaded to terminate with an invalid image error.

I have some interesting alternatives up my sleeve. Is anyone interested reading about them?
