Congratulations to the element14 admin team - now hitting 100% uptime

We like to complain when things are not going well, but often go silent when they are going well.

This is just a pat on the back for all the hard work by the admin team to improve uptime. This week uptime is seeing all green and now hitting 100% uptime.

Quite a few issues seem to be fixed (or the memory leaks were manifesting in quite a lot of problems!). I wrote a blog post with a fair amount of images/formatting and for a change everything went in smoothly! Can't remember the last time it was that smooth. It all seems a lot more rugged now.

Same experience: my last two blog posts were with a lot of rework, formatting, images - taking hours of editing. The forum behaved perfectly.

I know Christy and team spent the holidays trying to keep the site running, including Xmas. We have a dedicated dev team for sure, but you all make it worthwhile. More improvements are coming. Thanks to all of you for your feedback, offers of help, and patience through all of this! I'm so happy to see/hear that the site is back to performing well. Knowing that we were disappointing and impacting all of you was truly what motivated us as we worked through getting these issues resolved. We learned a lot through this process. We had 12 years on the Jive platform (many of you have been with us for most of that time!) and have just passed the 1yr mark on Verint, so I'm confident we will be much better able to keeping things running smoothly going forward. I look forward to getting back to working on and deploying enhancements and new features for you all to use and enjoy.
