Hello i have been repairing this unit after aluminium swaf got into and died.

i have not looked for circuits as usualy wont get them
after replaceing several smd transisters diodes and resisters and caps.
i now have the OK led on and output voltages at 0v,
about to set up with input and output
when i noticed the voltage on the opamps is rather high and opamps are getting warm after only minutes
LM393,TLO72,
With total 32v across dual rails + and - 16v
data sheet says max 36v
this PCB has on board supply using UC3842
the output does not change between 24 to 60 v input to board
Has anyone fixed one of these. ?
does anyone have a circuit, ?
should i be worried about rail voltage ?
