I'm going to answer a different question : ) I really like Wiha System 6 interchangeable tip screwdrivers - nice large range of tips. But prices have more than doubled so it's not very viable any more…

The better question is what screw head do you hate the most. Vaisala puts tamper-resistant bolts on all their cabinets and all the center pins get broken off in the field when someone needs to work on one and doesn't have a key. Once you break off the center pin, a flat screwdriver works fine.
