    Content folders are spot on, but way too much organization for my spontaneous project builds. :-) I really need a bin called obsolete inventory, which doesn't take long to happen.

    I use PartDb for this purpose and can recommend. It take horrible amount of time to create reasonably detailed database of components and their locations, but in long term, it will save much more time and worth it.
