Profile link and Create link on top right not working anymore on Win10 PC with Chrome Browser

There is also an issue with the feedback and support. The text that I typed in this section doesn't appear when on my Windows 10 PC with Chrome browser. I had to write this feedback with my phone.

 

I have provided some photos of what is being experienced on my PC. In the first photo there is not any text visible after typed, but in the second photo a right click and select all reveals what was typed. When I tried to submit, a message stating this section needs to be filled in.
