We'll be looking through your feedback to help shape and improve the element14 Community - we've loved hearing what you think about the website and how we can change in the future, and for you to tell us a bit more about what you do here.

My condolences. I once had people write out their email addresses on paper to sign in. On using the email addresses a little over 50% were valid. Some were wrong. Some I typed wrong. Some I couldn't figure out what to type. You task of gathering a bucket of dropped ball bearings is not easy.

Unfortunately I cannot ensure that people who filled out the survey used the same details as they have on the element14 Community. Nature of the tool used.

I am confused (that is not unusual) with your comments.

If I read the objective of the survey "feedback to help shape and improve the element14 Community", then I would assume the respondents would be Elelemtn14 community members. Members would have accounts, member accounts would have details and valid emails would be one of the details.

Was the survey open to the public or only Element14 community? What is the scope of the Element14 Community?

Haha, for the sake of transparency I will say these are the challenges when choosing a 'random winner' for this type of competition:

- Looking through the details they put on the survey
- Discovering that they don't have an element14 Community account, so trying to reach out to them via e-mail for their details
- Not receiving a response, so having to select someone else
- Finding they have an element14 Community account, but no details on their account
- Trying to reach out to them via e-mail, or via message, and getting no reply to either
- Repeating the entire process until someone replies with their details.

It's a repeated giveaway challenge.
