Well i have an arduino uno rev3 and im trying to find a way to load the bootloader without buying an ISP
What do you whant to programe I have some link but with the mega328 I can't program it without the extenal clock.

You have done it correctly here, where its a seperate subject.
I'm curious why you think you need to load the bootloader, as it will have come pre-loaded.

I believe he has extra ATmega328 DIPs and he wants to have them have the arduino bootloader. I told him he could remove the chip, replace it with the blank one and burn it with the IDE.
