With this you could easily do any developer to media/phone/PC and Network diagnostic's on the go anywhere anytime. And is capable to run a vast majority of today's games.     This looks to be a Linux machine and not M$ type of OS. Maybe using an SBC like system with Spartan 6 for flexibility. Here is why M$ should not be used: Stop svchost.exe from stealing CPU cycles | The Download Blog - CNET Download.com

    Well I personally would do a Kali ubutu dual boot with windows as the secondary.

    Yeah that is it but you can do Ubuntu and then put Kali tools on it or vice versa. It is really up to the user but do you know about samba to file share and what not between Windows/Linux/Mac.    https://www.samba.org/samba/what_is_samba.html
