Altium Circuit Studio Development???

For those whose maintenance has expired, can we just buy a new maintenance subscription to get the update? If so, can we wait until after the release? (Experience so far with CircuitStudio would suggest it could be more than 12 months until the full release)

We currently do not enforce any catch up or similar fees so it's fine for you to wait until the update is released. The beta is in full swing and is a big update so we're getting feedback and making changes. We don't want to rush this beta cycle, but timing-wise we're not expecting that sort of delay.

Will Altium CircuitMaker Pro support Git repositories?

Does anybody here, who can share, have any idea information on when CircuitMaker Pro will be released? We've been waiting on a major update for a couple of years now. We've known about an update for several months at this point, and I am getting a bit anxious. Thanks!

Unfortunately, I've gone to the dark side, and ponied up the bucks to take advantage of the great year-end Altium Designer offer they usually make. I used it for 20 years and have really missed it since retiring. Had some work come in that justifies the expenditure.

This happened in mid-December, and I had occasion to talk to Jim Harrison. He commented that the new version of CircuitMaker Pro was in it's 3rd beta (at that time), but said it was definately underway. I think it's gonna happen this time. I'm curious to see what it's gonna be like.

It seems to be a couple of months now since last activity on this thread and still CM Pro is nowhere to be found. Does anybody know any knews about the release date?

Hey guys. Take a look at what I've found out. Altium made an unlisted Youtube playlist last year with Altium CircuitMaker Pro tutorials. Last tutorial was uploaded in March. It seems that they will be revealing something soon. There are 11 tutorials and you can take a look at new UI and functions.

Thanks for this.  Well done discovering it.  I've watched the videos.  It is very promising.  It seems to tidy several clumsy details with 1.5, as well as introducing clever new features.  Now, all we need to know is when and how much?  I hope it is soon and not too much.
