Microchip PicKit 3 recipients

Here are the people who have sent me their details so far; I have still got the other 6 to get, but I’ll hopefully have these in the mail this week.

Andy Brown
Bryon Burns
Carsten Doerwald
Christopher Singleton
etienne delestre
firatkocak
gordonmx
gbrettell
Harry Eakins
Isaac Rose
Paul Geffen
Ricou Cocquerez

sylvain chaume

Wim Patry

Alun H

There are 5 people still to contact me with postal details, so I have a question for the group. Do you think there should be a time limit on claiming the kits? I know some people may have registered with a “spam” email account, so they will not have received the notification. Do we give them a week, a month or an indefinite time? I’d like to give as many people as possible the chance to test the kits, and obviously I couldn’t implement a new rule for this RoadTest. So I wondered what you think should be the rules for future tests?

    Hi Guys,

I'm extremely sorry about the delays. We have had some trouble securing the stock. The good news is that the PicKits are kits are here now and will be delivered as soon as possible. This could be up to three weeks because of customs if you are out side the US. We will put a small gift i with the parcel as an apology for the extreme delay on this test.

Other updates. I now have the Freescale Accelerometers for our Euro guys and they will be mailed today

The TI kits will also be mailed today. I'll post the winners after the test has finished.

Once again sorry to anyone who had to wait. We are working on a more robust process to ensure that this doesn't happen again.
