TI Stellaris Robotics Kit

Hi,

I don't know if you guys have seen the competition that TI is running in their group? There is a Stellaris Robotics kit up for grabs http://www.element-14.com/community/thread/5244

And I'd just like to say thanks again for your patience and help during the platform update

Man, they're really trying to get rid of those kits. They had them on sale for $25 recently.

Nah, it was $125 off, leaving $25. I think it was basically to give a huge publicity boost, much like the Launchpad deal.

It is €161 in Farnell if youn are in Europe. Does it worth to buy ? Yes, i think it does but it is far from my budget. I don't think to attend to the competition for just one board which means very low possibility to win.

I'm wrong and you were right. It seems there is a promotion code that was given out at ESC Boston in September. To get the discount ($25 vs $149), you must have attended ESC. A google search turned up the code 2JLP-R4XRT3, but I'm not sure this is the ESC promo code. Does anyone know? When I try the code, TI's website says it is expired.

The promo code has been temporalily disables, because it got into wrong hands . TI will make new coupon for the attendees only.
