The reason your not getting an email when new reviews are posted, is probably because no reviews have been posted. The road tester are probably still waiting for the items to road test to arrive in the mail. I am still waiting on the Freescale K40 Tower System to test its only been 6 months.
Thanks for your replies, Sheldon and Nico. I should be clear - we're trying to find out if people are getting notifications when a new RoadTest is created, not notifications on discussions/replies in the RoadTest group. It is a feature members have been asking for, we put in place and thought was working but now seems that it may not be working for everyone and we're trying to figure out why.
RoadTesters, please post here and let me know if you are getting the notifications or not. Several of my team members have signed up to get them and are getting them correctly. Your replies will help us to determine if there is a pattern to who is or is not receiving them or other issues with settings, etc.
