A little diffuculty in believing that one can touch an object which is just taken from a -40°C chamber with his bare hands.
Its just my preconception about low temperature,i havn't experimented a temperature below 0°C. If i am little wierd do laugh at me,all goes in a sportsman spirit.
One Question: Do you still ship the Multimeters with the large Testtip set (U1169A) or do you just include the short 4mm tips because of the new CAT IV regulations?
All the Agilent Handheld Multimeter have Bluetooth capability. It's just an attachment you clip on the IR-Port.....working pretty nice and I often use it with my smartphone.
With the free Apps (android) you can log the data and send it via email or so. Or you use the PC Software or write your own code. When the meter is in logging mode it is sending the logged values over the IR port as Data as well. So you can let it run in logging mode and just grab the data over the IR-Bluetooth connection.
My U1253B and U1272A do this and I guess the U1273AX will do it as well .
I guess this one is the latest one with bluetooth capability it will be awesome to make a app which can receive data on the fly and could be sent on server using this device. That will be great to see what else we can do with it.
The price you see in that link is the price of the handheld DMM. The bluetooth adapter comes free with any purchase of Agilent handheld DMMs. I understand that for logistic purposes, Farnell would usually group free giveaways with the main instrument to be purchased and assigns a new part number to the newly created bundle. Once the promotion has ended, I expect this to be removed and only the main instrument will be displayed, at the same price as the current bundle.
The bluetooth adapter promo for customers in Europe click on the link you wil be transferred to Farnell UK site where you can buy the adapter it is not for free?? Did anyone notice this?
Is the bluetooth adapter promo still good? If you go to the Newark promotion page, it says the bluetooth adapter promo is good throught 1/31/2013 but if you click the promo pdf it says it ends 10/31/2012? Did anyone else notice this?
