Detailed Review:

The product arrived today, the packing was nice. The board and the components seems nice and good quality.

After a quick examine of the board itself, I tried the onboard installed demo applications.

The I2C low-G sensor was awesome in action, its picked up movements and rolling as I expected,

I just loved it.

When I finished with the physical inspection, I  followed the directions on the backside of the package,

downloaded the CodeWarrior itself, then some drivers and LAB examples, and finally there was I

with all the preparations I needed.

However, around the end of step (part) 2, the things in CodeWarrior was started to diferentiate to the

instructions in the quick start guide (http://cache.freescale.com/files/32bit/doc/quick_start_guide/S08PDCQSG.pdf?fpsp=1).

Its a problem, because I ended up with some errors in the building process. I was a bit sad about it,

but with some extra effort, I was able to fire it up.

As far as I currently see, points of can-be-improved:

- better quick start guide (or perhaps a ready-to-go application/addon, that can be installed after CodeWarrior, and can

support first-timers)

Possible in-field applications of this boards include:

- washing machine

- mixer (concrete)

- blender

Final thoughts: Nice microcontroller with great features and good performance.
