Fix my parents irrigation system, which is working fine but its computer controls are a nightmare.  Rip out old electronics, and connect this unit to the 2 relays ( valves) and the sensor.  I hope it can keep track of time accurately enough, or I'd have to add a small clock unit.

Four freely available GPIOs. Sound like I could build a Simons  game with this board... There should be enough room on that board to add the 4 LEDs and 4 buttons, and a coin cell too.

I want to use this to make an automatic door for my chicken coop. It will have a light sensor and timers to open the door when it's light outside and close after it gets dark.

This would be great for me to impliment to my home lighting solution.

The children leave lights on when they go toilet during the night (And most times during the day too!) so I am building a automatic night light system (Photosensor, PIR sensor and dimmable LED lighting which goes off after a specified period!).

It's nice and small to it wouldn't be obtrusive.

I want to control my bathroom fan with this, so it will stay on for a while depending on how often I push the power button + monitor the humidity in the bath room to come on automatically if needed.  It's a simple application which probably nicely fits on the board, as it is a 12V fan already.

I'd be looking at interfacing it to BT4 smart devices - got a few project ideas waiting on the back burner which are a bit OTT for use with my current development systems. This board looks like it could be just the job.
