suggest me a best and budget-friendly fluke multimeter for my IoT-based automotive testing like OBD Devices and R&D

I'm looking for a best fluke multimeter that can help me to test and my prototype devices and also for R&D.

because there is so many types of multimeter is available so please suggest me best fluke multimeter

Have you seen the price of them? Unless you're actually working on mains or other high voltages (which it sounds like you are not, according to what you ask for), then I'm not sure it's worthwhile at all to use a Fluke multimeter. The most basic one for some development work is probably 170 series, which currently costs > £300 GBP in the UK at least.

You're looking close to £1k for a logging Fluke multimeter...

There's not many Fluke options so you can easily decide for yourself based on what your full requirements are, by checking their website. If you insist on Fluke and truly want the 'best' one as you say, then it's likely Fluke 287 which is currently approaching £1k price.

I'd suggest you search the internet for products on the market in your price range and reviews of them as you haven't given much information about what your needs are and what your budget is.

There are so many options at different price points - you should do your research instead of just asking openly, as someone might recommend a top-of-the-line Weller, Metcal, Ersa, JBC, Thermaltronics ... while someone else may recommend a more reasonably priced Hakko, Atten, Yihua, etc.
