    580nm is not red. HMI is common in film industry.

    And still, producers define maximum output from luminaires… It’s a good thing that we always use sortware to calculate the light levels even when we work with ”un-designed” street lighting.

    Yes you are correct, illuminance decreases with distance from the source so it is only a meaningful measurement at the point of use - street level in this case.

    However, the question was not what illuminance it has on ground but only what illuminance. On a distance of 500ft it would be really low NerdUpside downThumbsup
