I'm not sure what's wrong, I've plugged everything in. Maybe it needed more salt?
Though I suspect the power lines are broken because it's sliced.
Unfortunately this type of breadboard is surface mount only, and you have to spread the conductive paste on and mount components before baking.
It may also be feasible to create conductive carbon traces between components by burning with a fine tip iron.
Yep, I see those crusty joints all over the board ...
